Personal Trainer in Bristol – Meet Amy
Amy
Helping people has always been my biggest passion. Through fitness, I’ve supported older adults and individuals living with health conditions in reaching their goals and feeling more confident in their bodies. Now, I’m excited to continue my coaching journey, branching out into new areas while still doing what I love most: supporting, encouraging, and celebrating people as they discover what they’re truly capable of.
Fitness has been part of my life from a young age, from trampolining competitions to sprinting. After being diagnosed with a chronic condition, my own health and confidence declined, and fitness slipped away. Pole Fitness helped me rebuild, but it wasn’t until I joined the gym in 2021 that everything truly changed. Since then, my physical and mental health have grown stronger than ever, and strength training has become a real passion.
While I was still new to the gym, an opportunity came up within the charity I worked for — a coaching role in a therapy centre. I took it and quickly fell in love with helping others in that setting. It was the moment I realised fitness wasn’t just a hobby anymore, it was the career I wanted to build.
I’ve since gained my Level 2 Fitness Coach certification from Eastleigh College and am currently working towards both my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and the OPEX Coach Certification Programme. My goal is to bring the same life-changing experience that fitness has given me to others, no matter their starting point.
