You work with your own professional personal trainer who provides you with personalised program that is guaranteed to provide you with constant progression towards your goals. Our personal trainers are here to work with you whether you goals is to lost weight lose weight, prepare for a sport, or use fitness to improve your health and help balance your hectic life.

Our personal trainers are not only experts in health and fitness, but they are also expert motivators and supporters. We pride ourselves on providing each client with a safe, effective and individual designed program.

PERSONAL TRAINING

At OPEX Bristol; our individual fitness coaching offers many of the benefits of personal training while maximising affordability.

WHat IS it?

This is a fully fledged lifestyle, nutrition and fitness training program, where you’ll have your own dedicated personal trainer.

Your personal trainer will set you your training program in TrueCoach, and you will book into our private gym to workout in a class environment whilst being supported by one of our floor coaches.

Everything in this membership is personal to you and will be continuously refined to your needs, wants and progress.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This is for those who are/have been struggling to reach their goals and are looking to accelerate their success.

Personal training could be right for you if:

  • You’re asking yourself “should I get a personal trainer?”

  • You want eyes on you when you workout

  • You have a particular movement issue or a skill you would like individual attention on, including weight loss.

  • You have specific needs, where having a personal trainer is a necessity for you to safely train.

  • You have a serious pre-existing injury that you are rehabbing under doctor/physical therapist’s supervision that needs careful monitoring when working out.

REMOTE PERSONAL TRAINING

Our remote personal training includes all the benefits of our personal training package, minus the access to our private gym.

What is it?

Similar to our personal training package, this is a full lifestyle, nutrition and fitness training program with a dedicated personal trainer.

You will receive your personal training program through TrueCoach, but have the freedom and flexibility to workout where ever you like!

Your personal trainer will cater to your needs and switch up your training program around what equipment you have available.

Who is this for?

This is for those looking for a different style of personal training but can’t be dedicated to a single location or love the gym they already go to!

Remote personal training could be right for you if:

  • You are relatively experienced in fitness

  • You travel a lot and visit a lot of different gyms

  • You are looking to push yourself to the next level whilst balancing training with your busy lifestyle

NUTRITIONAL COACHING

Our nutritional coaching is designed to help you make those long term steps to leading a healthy lifestyle.

What is it?

A nutrition program that is aligned to your long term goals. This is not a quick fix scheme, but a long term partnership to ensure you are healthy.

Nutrition can be an extremely confusing topic. What should you be eating, when should you be eating, how much is too much or too little. At OPEX Bristol we believe that all aspects of your health and fitness should be individualised and this includes your nutrition.
We provide a full nutrition consultation which includes a full “inbody" body composition scan to help us develop the most effective nutrition prescription for you.

Who is this for?

This is for those looking to make changes to their lifestyle without the fitness training element.

Nutrition coaching could be right for you if:

  • You are looking at weight-loss schemes but struggling to make any traction.

  • You have been struggling to gain muscle and increase strength through training

  • You want to lead a healthier lifestyle
