I was a flabby 41 year old grumpy old man with a bad back, a bad knee and a tendency to do to much or too little on my own when i started at opex. I am now 42, so they can’t fix your age, but they can fix your knee, back, flab, hold you accountable to a routine, and that make you less grumpy, so thanks all!! Your great!
